It entirely depends on demand and supply mechanism.
Case example is of Pakistani CA-Inter who had a starting salary of Rs.50,000 three years ago.
But now this level has dropped to Rs.30,000 due to huge supply of CA-Inters in the market.
There is no value of accountant, his role has no importance in the minds of employers except that he is a tool to satisfy the legal presentation requirements.
