What perks you should ask for during an interview for a Middle Managerial post?

I think it is not prudent to ask for perks. At an intervew we have to tell the intervewer what we can do for the organisation. In todays world every organisation is an equal oppertunity organisation. You get the same perks as others in the same position. if you perform that good you may be provided with special perks.
