How do you face and handle situations of failure, opposition, refusal, and criticism?

As these are all the negative situations in life, we have to look at it positively to become a better person. I mean, if we look at :-

Failure positively - We will find out our weaknesses and the areas we need to improve.

Opposition positively - We will find out how strong we are and determine how mature we are.

Refusal  positively - We will find out what the shortcomings of our convincing ability are and work out ways to improve ourselves on this point.

Criticism positively - As long as it is constructive and encouraging, we can re-work the areas that needs improvement and come out strong ultimately.

Failure is the key to success, a man should try to  mediate himelf between the thin line of failure and success.

Failure: --> A Failure is a step on your way to success.

                 Try to figure out, why the failure happend and list at least5 reasons make you failed. this   will not be a forgetable list.

Opposition: --> The other meaning of opposition is that you make a change which has not a buy in of your peers / supportdinate / superior. involve them in the change you want to make. ask them to shape the change with you. ask for their support to build a success for themself and for you.

Refusal :--> Be patient and try another ways. and some sommunication skills + your network of supporter at your department / company.

Criticism: --> As long as it is a positive criticism and in decent way, it is welcome to be criticized. it is a golden opportunity to be evaluated / enhance your skills and get further step but maybe in a hard way.
