I have handled my criticism by improving me and proving that there is no regrets for chosing me. When I joined this company my excel skills were not upto the mark so there was an ex - employee who before quiting commented on my excel skills and i made sure i master it and now i used to perfectly.

In2009 I was chosen for a International project in Malaysia from a some engineers and mind it i m not a technical person so everyone questioned the decision but when the order came i made sure all tongues wagging is resting in mouth so you should take critism as motivation to accomplish your goals this is what i believe.

Criticism should be taken as a feedback and we must control our emotions and react to it rationally. It may be hard for many people.   We should take criticism as a point to initiate the changes.

Example - If someone criticizes you for not helping you juniors than that should make you think that you should improve your leadership skills as well as support others.  When you improve these skills then criticism can be a turning point.
