I like to begin a discussion on arbitration, what do you say?

If the contract says that any dispute shall be resolved by arbitration (DAB). Then; Q1- Can we go for mediation? Q2- Can we go to the court? A1- Unilaterally, we as a contractor cannot go for mediation but any agreement between the parties at any point in time may supersede the previous one. A2- No, we have to honor the contract and have to go to the DAB first.
