Flow charts are needed to plan your job in advance. It is needed to minimize cost and time. Also we can estimate the cost and the effect the plan will have when we create a flow chart.

A simple flow chart of a customer service plan could be as follows:-

·         Rent a place for the office

·         Make facilities for telephone and internet

·         Hire the top management like customer service manager and also mid level team leaders, trainers and other supervisors.

·         Interview  the customer service reps

·         Train them  to take calls and entertain chats from customers

·         If the process is a success increase the number of reps on a temporary basis

·         If there is prospect of growth rent a bigger place and hire more mid level staff.

This would be the  flow chart of a firm interested to start Call center BPO business.
