In Qatar, there is further business scope for retail and SMEs, as major corporate sector is attached with big local and MNC banks
Overall, I believe that both have potential.
I believe it depend on the business scope SMEs or large business , most importantly if a leader doesn't know the responsibilities on a manger then he should not expect the same from manager , one should understand better than manager so he can be a leader to lead them in the right way
