its depending of the problem dear
A company facing problem everyday, without any problem is not a challenge. It always depending on which issues. Find the root of the problem and deal with corporate manner.
As a manager I sould attend to all issues. If the problem is in my circle of influence, I will start by defining the problem with the concerned parties. I will then work with the team to define alternative solutions (probly short term and long term). I will then work with my superios to decide on the course of action and proceed with the team to implement those actions.
