A two month back, i found an interesting title under the PM and i bought it by thge name of "Performance Appraisal and Compensation Management" A Modern Approach, writtern by Dewakar Goel, the best thing about this book is that, it is written in the context of South Asian perspective and concepts and examples are from local individual and psychology.

Another, i recommend, Reward Management by Michael Armstrong -CIPD.

Do chechk the following links which are helpfull for you!
