Obvisouly when the Human Resource Manager will take care of employees and would not play just a Police man Character, talk to them, listen them try to solve their on work problems give them respect in this way an HR manager can have good relations with the employees.

The HR Manager should have :

• Good communication skills.
• Promt initiative to problem solving
• Good planner and good co-ordinator
• Good motivation skills
• Willingness to welfare for employees

In a sample answer , MUST have open channels with the employe's all over the company and make staff meeting once a month or even on quartley basis in order to let all the company know each othe and communicate with each other as well and know the needs of the employe's and which of these can come ture according to the company policy and the financial status as well.

3. Organize the HR clinic fortnightly or monthly basis.

4. Develop the better communication skill with all departments.

5. Make the practice of counseling the employees.

On a day to day basis the HR manger can keep good relation with the employees by

A good Human Resource Manager must be able to carry along all his employees in his days to days activities.  There must be an intimacy with his co-workers. He must be able to lead by example i.e honest, loyal and intelligent.
