Can I manage a link between Revit and Autocad?

yes you can... use link cad not import cad

No I am talking about the possibility to manage a link between them as xref idea when updated in one side update automatically in the other

It's not possible to convert CAD files to Revit, only you can export Revit files to DWG format.
