Dear Mr. Irphan, this is one of the possible way to retain and groom employees with organization but now the shift has been changing. Due to arrival of IT and various platforms employees are getting up to date with latest techniques to boost their performance and now the coaching side is not only link with organizational interventions and now Our Development is mainly Our Responsibility. Yes we need to arrange refreshers too to revive the concept but since completion is tough and every company is not in position to arrange such big sessions so employees need to work out by themselves to keep them skillful.
