Change in set-up; behavioural attitude of staff; working atmosphere; stockholders' confidence; good management; diversification; media coverage - All these can lead to communicate the change.

Changes should be welcomed on every project although most would avoid changes from the original baseline. When changes or change requests begin to rise, they should be properly evaluated and assessed.
