As a fresher to the UAE market, how can someone increase the chances of getting interview calls in the e-learning field?
I always find the following3 steps help when looking for a good job in any field.
1. Start up a blog where you discuss some of the e-learning projects you have worked on and your view about e-learning and how it can be improved. This will show your keen interest in the field and also that you are an advanced professional.
2. Start tweeting about e-elearning and follow professionals currently working in e-learning.
3. Be sure to keep your linkedin account up to date shaping everything around e-learning.
Its also always a good idea to go directly to college and uni websites to look for jobs as some educational institutions only advertise jobs on their own websites.
