Is it possible to work in any customer relation position without any experience but you have a talent in interacting with the public?

it is not all you need, but yes if u're talent in interacting with the public, it is a skill needed for CR position

Anybody who loves interaction with others and carries good communication skills can do this job.

I think if you passion for speaking , confident over phone and can handle people well then I if there is no experience also you can surely work in customer service . just be polite on phone and hanlde it well so all the best if you want to try your hand in Customer service jobs
