Who has the best quality to work under the pressure and honestly is the able person. So; don’t determine anybody by sex. Let them to work and monitor their performance.

There is no  relationship between gender and Sales and Marketing function except in one condition; if this employee will have direct contact with customers and will sell a product that is very gender related and the customer will not be comfortable to interact with different gender to buy this product. This is the only case that I can specify a gender requirement for this job.

A persons sex has nothing to do with their capabilites of doing any job, as long as they are passionate about what they are doing they will make a success of it!.

Both genders can shine as long as they deserve on their potentials.

A man is best for this role. Because the man ,by nature, is more qualified than a woman. For example he can still at work for a long time or being late, he can be patient and more controller, he can handel a lot of problems besides taking the right decision.

This is pretty obvious around us, where the owner of nearly97% of sales companies are men.

It doesn't mean that there are not women better than many men, wrong thinking.
