What would be your first priority when you would enter a project as a project manager at the mid of the project?

I agree with you, it’s very tough job and never recommended but sometimes that has to be done or it happens somehow and the project manager has to be very smart I this case

Reading the status project very deeply , analyzing risks, managing risk, understanding stakeholder retirements , analyzing projects delivery if mash stakeholder requirements  update plan , then start working

Finding out why I was asked to enter mid project and not at the start, I would also want to know who started the project and why they are being replaced, could be I could learn from their mistakes or learn that I am taking on a white elephant.

In fact, is one of the most difficult tasks when changing the administration in the middle of the action But a start to the period need to accommodate a job well done and so I will just follow up work And leave the others explain to me the details of the project with a move away from the fateful and important  decisions  while knowing all the details of the project and mysteriesThank you
