Yes if we can help each other as allah , god has told everyone be helpful because thats the best thing you can do for mankind as everyone is emersed in one's own world and there is no time for anything so by this way you contribute.
But I also strongly disagree to members who vote up irrelevant answers as i have seen in many questions , what someone asks in question and what other person answers is not relevant but that answer has7 -8 votes , thats blind voting i m dead aganist it
Not really, this depends (or must depend) what is said. If the answer to some question clicks me I would like it or vote it up. Same if the question is related to my specialty I would answer that.
Yes, we do hope so, considering the people from common faculty, interest and subject matter experts do appreciate based on like minded responses.

its human nature ... you scratch my back i scratch yours... but one should give credits to good responses not to the senseless ones... its good to be honest it gives the real thinkers and the experienced ones a better chance.
