We are talking about sales. To answer the basic: the nature of the customer changes, in B2B the customer is a business or company and in B2C is a consumer.Of course there are many other differences depending on what industry we are talking. In general the marketing and sales approach differs in these2 sales approaches.

B2B companies are selling products to business while B2C directly to consumers. The differences would be in terms of marketing, customer touchpoints. B2C companies are retail oriented and interact with endusers directly. The choice of advertising between these companies might differ.

B2B companies normally depend on direct selling based on how they define their target customer industry.
