I would suggest that never have any sort of professional training online. Because all these need interaction that is not possible online. If someone have extra money, please do some charity instead of wasting it this way

Join a good institute and learn P6.
This is one option - One.
Second - get P6 software and load it as stand alone on your PC.
Get P6 manual from net and practice step by stem with the help of manual.
It will take longer time than going to institute.

It is not very hard to learn Primavera P6. First you should take a course. If you want to use P6 in detail, I recommend you to work as a junior planning engineer. There are some blogs and resources on internet. I recommend one of them https://www.projectcubicle.com/category/primavera-p6/
