Is it matter if HR degree holder candidate works as Accountant or Auditor?

It has been noticed that specially in KSA there are many candidates holding degrees in HRM (Experienced and Freshers) are facing unemployment due to Saudization. Due to this fact HRM expats are looking for other job roles like Accounting, auditing, and administration etc. turning their field leaves a negative impression over employers and finally they faces rejection by employers. No one is initiating anything which is generating a high demotivation among them.
