The Public Diplomacy’s three kinds of power:1- Hard power = Army and Economy( Your target audiences take part by fear or interest)2- Soft power = Communicate, dialogue, Persuade and convince (Your target audiences take part by conviction)3- Smart power = By using Hard & Soft power depending on the circumstances and this will combine effect, by make it super power and that’s why it’s known as the smart one ( your target audiences take part by conviction but know that you dialogue because you are kind, also you have his interest and you can be dangerous if necessary) NB: They use this approach for a country but we can also use it for profit or non-for-profit organization and even we can start it from ourselves. Ex: What’s Chehou’s hard power? What’s Chehou’s soft power? Is Chehou using the both on circumstance? (Smart power) . So you what do you say?
I believe in Smart Power. I am always open for a dialogue and try to convince people in a diplomatic way and in between I would try to add fear factor so that the other person doesn't take it lightly.
Of course smart power, but it includes 1st and 2nd
Smart power; more work with less energy consuming. 1st step is to judge the nature of work, second is to know about the requirement of the work, then start the work. and finish with a good result.
Thank you for your invite. In my dictionary the power that gives returns to my organisation and delivers that the role is accountable for is the right power to adopt. Hope you can relate my suggestion with various powers that you may have acquired over the period of time through education and experience. At the end of the day organisation must be able to sell enough to generate revenue to, innovate for sustainance, pay off salaries and retain some profits after meeting all the costs. It is therefore nature of business that would guide you to the power that can applied to achieve organisation goals.
Personnally i agree with Soft Power because it's the most respectable methods for the human being and it is a reflection of our level of education and flexibility to work in team and in our life in general.
Also hard power damaged the relation between people because existe superior hard power of any hard power and it will be a negative competition but if we use soft power it will be positive competition and everybody will try to be more and more honest with others

smart power alone is insufficient because it is taken from the smart thinking and is sharp and always be smooth to use and uses a very degree of stunning and capabilities because it stems from several factors, the most important invention smarter there invention or power in the world
