  1. SME: small & medium size enterprises (the copy shop around the corner)
  2. MNC: multinational companies (Unilever & Shell)

SME is small or medium enterprise which is small in size not a huge company where as MNC or Multi National Company are those who has there offices in multiple country. An MNC can be a SME as well deppending on the size of the company.
