How to convince the customer to buy the item?

First: personal knowledge of the client and show full respect to him Secondly:said Item specification fully, especially the positive aspects of the items Third: to leave a good impression to the customer even if it does not have to buy

first of all get a high self confidence with full convince that you are selling the best quality of this item, after show a full respect of your competitor... give your customer2 minutes of showing comparison between your product and your current compatitor product to be apple to apple as he requested, then end your comparison with releasing of a special feature which your competitor cannot be afford it or provide it. of course you are not going to take this move if you dont have one ;)
