I CANT IGNOR ANY OF THE  CERTIFICATED CZ KNWOLEDGE IS IMPORTANT  BUT EXPERIENCE AMD THE GOOD PERSON  IS MORE NEEDED. ANY ONE CAN HAVE CERTIFCATED BUT NOT ANYWAY CAN BE SPECIAL IN HIS WORK
