In our efforts to look for the perfect job,will you accept taking a business amplitude test,a lie detector test,and a written and oral exam?

why all these tests, simply you can try the employee for a month or two and can see his/her performance within this amount of time, otherwise it's one from two, you will be giving him a hard time for no resoan or you are going to hire a spy lol

Hello Amer .. Ya sater! I am not aware of any company in the Middle East that asks its employees to go through something like this :)

I have no problem with business amptitude tests or oral/written exams at all .. The only thing I find awkward is "lie detection" because it's not moral for a company to assume its emlpoyees are going to lie at the first place and second, I can't really accept that a company would ever judge a person and label him/her a liar because of some test they do based on some technique they believe it works... What if their instruments fail?

I believe that lying is the worst thing a person can do and definately it can ruin not only his/her career , but in many cases, ones life.
