In addition to what was said by Aziz,

In the beginning, you haveto identify the Followers interests on your account, and then to provide high-quality content to suit their interest and encourage them toinvite others to follow it.

When you add anew post, use real words related to the topic, with follow-up to the appropriate Hashtags.

The linking between social ntworking channels havebeen instrumental in giving confidence to the followers, and givies you the chance to rich your post hits.

Also, take care about the conversitions with followers and the responding totheir queries.

Thank you for the Invition.

To make the best out of Twitter you must build a well acknowledged presence in the name of your brand (in this case your blog), some integrate it with themselves like Jeff Bullas and myself but pretty much everyone else creates social presence for their blogs, Why? Because this way you are building an audience that will stay posted and updated by your recent entries, Tweeting a post and adding relevent hashtags alone will get you results but not as much as in the second scenario.

Tweet your blog post with blog URL.  Use related hashtags to get more attention.  You can share the same links after a decent intervel so it won't count as spam.

1. Use Short, Provocative Tweets

2. Include an Intriguing Quote from Post

3. Include Statistics

4. Use #Hashtags

5. Use @mentions
