Do you actively solicit customer feedback and integrate it into your Marketing processes?

o Do you track CSAT, NPS, or other non-financial metrics related to customer service quality, by segment, relative to control groups? o How often do managers interact directly with individual customers? What about senior leaders? o How early do you intercept complaints and act on them? Do you monitor social media for service and other opportunities? o Study of CSAT , NPS surveys ,feedback in the form of1 to10 rating over the phone and1-10 rating over the email with customer comments form a very valuable information about customer likes and dislikes of the product or service. o If a customer has given a zero in a survey and in his or her comments provides the reason why he/she has given a0 in customer delight metrics the company can take action to desist the customer from going public on the SOCIAL MEDIA. Do you agree? o Also when a customer goes public with his/her grievances ON LINE IN SOCILA MEDIA ,it is bad publicity that cannot be undone by advertising. Is that true ?

We do have customer feedback applications applied but still needs improvement on consistency. We are faced with issues in tracking down the numerous invitations and encouragement booster to fill.up the oniine forms.

We appreciate excellent feedback but we are more concern on negative ones since this gives a chance to deal with concern person and it serves our purpose further review and improve our facilities and service

it is very important,i do filter and analyze them then act on it.

filtering is very important,some customer feedbacks are not legitimate and sometimes missleading.

Yes Customer feedback are important but there has to be always an extent to which the same can be incorporated in your marketing process. A lot depends on how much and to often various departments of a company are involved to try and understand these feedback. A process change suggested which presently may  not be a part of company poicy but has the power to change fortunes for the company may go unnoticed if all the concerned department do not share the same optimism about it. A single department handeling customer's feedback may not always do justice to a particular suggestions du to limitations on their approach to it.

Customer service is like the sea that he is so large that you can not please everyone , but we must try satisfy all customers .

There are several things and steps we must follow it in order to provide the best service may not I know all , but I must mention , including:

Identify the product dramatically and see all the positive attributes and negative even if existed .

Follow updates everytime about the product.

Follow the market and where there are competing products .

Provide the best for the customer without having to lie .

Trying to help the customer or client to the largest possible opportunity.

Not to resort to illegal ways in order to keep the amount of customers.

Honesty in dealing with everyone.

I always try to be proactive in my approach when dealing with the customer. Once I get to know about the customer feedback I make sure it is circulated through email  to each and every department of my organisation. I beleive In integrated marketing, So once the customer gives me the feedback it goes to different managers not only to the marketing team. I have got responses from different managers from various department regarding how we can improve and make the customer delighted. Its important way of communicating as it helps the persons within the organisation to know that small steps can help us in retaining the customer and help in satisfying the customer in a fast and effective manner.
