For the safety of employees and to protect the property of an organisation, we must know about management of health and safety,workplace hazards and also practical working experience in how to eliminate,reduce,isolate and control the hazards.

HSE Management system is  cycle of interconnected components, where output from phase is the input for other. For policy making, organization,planning, moitoring, auditing and review you need extensive knoweldge of the processes and hazards, whcih comes through trainings i.e. your degree. Without the suitable information and skill the implementation of the safety to reduce the hazards as low as reasonable practiceable is not possible. therefore for the practical implementation of safety competency is must.

Safety is meant to become habbit. Best part of safety is that when you start to learn automatically you will feel it. So we can say it's learn to apply process chain.

You know that the theory is the grey of the life and the practice is the green one. If you want to be real proffesional you need combine these two resources to get up. The theoretical approaches and policies are clear and you can find it very easy.
