As most of the companies are suffering from this Pandemic, cash flow reduced, monthly revenue reduce to manpower and equipment not working. So how the Cost Management develop the road map for the survival and sustaining .

Cost Management is challenging but possible In this pandemic condition. As you mentioned labor force is a vital force and the work time to be re organised with more interactive sessions in hands with management team. Routine check ups to be more frequent than earlier to ensure the less turbulence in screened activity.
