نعم فكلما كان للانسان خبرات مختلفه بمجالات مختلفه ساعدة في اتخاذ بعض القرارات الادارية او الفنية
صحيح ليتم معرفة ماهو سبب البعد عن الوظيفة ويترتب عليه بالتوظيف او العدم
لا يمكن أن يكون بعيدا عن الوظيفة و يتقدم إليها إلا إذا اكتشفت قدرات و كفاءات كانت مدفونة في الشخص
