How would you react if your boss gives you an increment and a promotion when you decide to quit?

The reason for resigning may not be related to pay rise. If that is the case, there is no need to change my decision. alternatively, I must have secured another job before considering to quit. If my job is not appreciated, I need to change the job to be appreciated.

The reason for a quiting option must be the factor . Pay rise alone may be a secondary reason. Other considerations with regard to security, environmental pollution, adverse temperature etc may be a reason for quiting the job. as such, no reversal of the decision. also, an organisation that fails to appreciate commitment and dedication to duty may equally lose most of its valuable staff.
