The person who delivers the goods does so on the basis of prior agreement between me and the supplier. Therefore, if there is any difference between me and him in the price, it is necessary to contact the supplier to understand the matter.

We refer to Purchase Order (PO) sent to supplier/carrier. PO indicating types, quantities, and agreed prices for products or services. As a buyer, we have copied of PO which has been sent to the supplier. We can use the Purchase Agreement if we have it.
