search for someone who needs my skils ..... our planet is big, and there is almoust5 bilion of people ..... if there is someone teaching those skils, then there must be someone who needs them ......or, simply :) "if there are no doors to open, built a door"

i think the best answer is to have more connection inside the organization and be active supportive person to be recognized to other departments that they may need your skills, and build strong connection with managers internally, because the managers usually know each other and they do discuss about their staff from time to time.

i think the process should be like this:

Build connections with other departments ---> be supportive for your and other departments ---> build good relation with managers --> solve some problems others facing –> be recognized

This is my theory if its correct please pray for me :)

How would anybody know about my skills until or unless I exhibit them myself. I would use these great skills within my current role. I know people do notice when they come across something extra ordinary
