Considering 7 years of experience as your strength, the recruiter/ HR would see you as an expert in the engineering equipments, design, develop etc., If you are looking for a managerial position, prepare yourself for the understanding of how you can manage these equipments systematically. Understand your strengths and weakness in the systems from your previous/ current profile and gather information of how well you can mange it if again given an opportunity for it. Ask relevant questions to the interviewer of what you exactly want to know. Learn and understand the job description before attending interview and relate it to how you can practically do it to the best.
