I want to see more visual portfolios. I like to see an application that has a personalized element to it. Especially in Tech, Design and Management fields. I’ve always been drawn to people who can present a clean, exciting and personally branded web site or online portfolio. Include this link in every application.

I have seen more and more use of portfolios and unique visual aids in applications. Wix is a nice and easy tool to build an online CV and visual portfolio. They are pretty much mandatory if you want to apply to design or tech jobs. They are an especially important tool for new graduates.
