yes I agree with that too. Its better than Maya and more useful.
but may be it debends on what we know about it.
3Ds Max although has nice spline tool but In my point of view "Rhinoceros" has the strongest spline tool than3Ds Max.
3Ds Max has strongest Polygon tool indeed.
