Think before take the decision. Think about the choices. Consult someone you trust if needed. Think about the consequences

Decison making depends on your ability to judge the pro and con of the decision you are going to make. After assessing all the factors that will have an impact positive or negative (after the decison and implementation), you have to come to a conclusion and go ahead as per your planning.

I do believe that you can refer to the most popular textbook in management " The profession of Management" written by the Father of modern management "Dr. Peter Drucker".

also, you can attend some training courses mainly about "Effective Decision Making".

yes i will study and practical work

data is the first thing you must aware of it , without data it will lead to wrong decision so for the right one you must follow those steps:

1- collect all data about subject 

2- from this data make a plan and flow chart for the decision

3- if you have more than one possible decision you must to compare between them in advantages and disadvantages

4- study will the resources of your decision and what is shortges and how you will arrange them 

after all of this steps take your decision and fight for it

As always I start with the trust ( trust yourself).

Keep a circle of close trusted people ( friends or colleagues ) we may ask them once for their opinion in something .

For important decision time is very crusial so taking good amount of time to decide well is recommended.

Do not be shy at all in matter you do not know so put in mind to ask whenever needed. we came to this world illetrated.

Practice like children in school for perfection.

We can not be always right. as we are humans we might be once right and more wrong . but at least seek for perfection .
