Well... let us agree that talent is a flexible expression, and let us called it skilled or professional employee, according to " talent" refers to an employee who can do unique tasks!So how can I find them ?, then I will do the following :

  • Check our company CVs' bank.
  • Search in online sites, by checking CVs and their experiences.
  • Searching in labor market.
  • Make an Ad.
  • Establish an  internship program and check them closely, in order to select skilled ones.
  • Finally, if I could not find from external sources, I will use the internal sources.

Note: I will not use Agencies, since they send anyone regardless his - her skills.
