But how? By implementing various trainings indoor and outdoor dependeng on the urgency of the training. A Manager could conduct an appraisal to each team member'sperformance based on the set KPIs. You can do that every two weeks or monthly. It could vary as team members doesnt have same individual numbers. Once assesment result is available, you can figure out those team member of yours who needed the team building urgently or you can play with the numbers.
