How do I change the delivery address on a purchase order?

This done by calling the customer to confirm her current location and to ask is thats the exact location they want the product to be delivered at if yes then you confirm the information again with the customer and the customers personal information then go ahead to change the delivery address  

First of all, I will do an official email to notify the supplies on the change of the delivery address. On the same email I will attached the newly updated purchase order having the new delivery address for the receiving purposes, during the delivery of the merchandise to the specified address.

From the delivery details option

I will communicate with the client to confirm the exact location,street,bldg #, landmark city and ask for a contact number then update it on the data of the client

It's simple select the address and edit back which address should be add on the purchase and confirm the adress finally.its done

I will communicate the customer by sending proper documentations for the confirmation of  the delivery address.For additional confirmation I wiil follow up if they received my email.Then I will tell also the company CSD about this issue since they are respobnsible for documentation

Kindly make a call and give the details of the order. Then stipulate the changes of the address and the reason. As the person on the receiving end please confirm the details given to confirm the customer is the correct not a random person looking to get someone else order.

The basic process to follow while confirming a online purchase order is to confirm the Name on the parcel, address to deliver, tel/mob number and land mark if available. In case there is last minute change of address this has to be communicated preferably in writing via email or texted msg from the customer and subsequently seeking a confirmation from the customer by the company to ensure the source of information is right and authentic. 

I think yes as soon as possible inform the seller or the suplier or update them whatever changes.in the same email attach the new update and those update must be follow up by a phone calls. And every changes in ordering such product must have an email to be supported by the higher position I the company for further evedince.

Intimate the supplier through email and call and then send a revised purchase order with new updated delivery address
