• Experience in supply chain management, transportation,customs clearance and third-party management.

• Ensure that the customer receives a quality service, timely responses and updated statuses uninterruptedly.

• Work closely with customer-supply planner for confirm inbound shipment’s schedules

• Coordinating inventory availability, vessel connections, space availability etc. to get the requirement of each shipment fulfilled.

• Liaise with shipping lines, port authorities & custom clearance broker for smooth discharge operation.

Know the supply chain management, transportation, distribution, warehousing, technology, customs, order fulfillment, trade issues, and third-party management. Being adept at team building, staff development, and planning.

A good negotiator, rate and performance with third-party.

Have the effective to execute cost continent tactics, applicant to reduce freight per pound.

Constant reengineering of logistics processes, as a KPI’s such as (service level, customer needs, on-time delivery …etc.

A true understanding of Logistics as a science and how it has infinite applications to improve efficiency.
