How to motivate your employees?

I use the GROW and PERMA models to effectively engage and motivate employees. 

 

 

You can motivate him by empower him, engage him to make a decision, and be thankful for every single thing he did.

Always be a role model when leading a team. Learn to appreciate and praise them even in simple things. Build a good work environment.

BY COMPLETELY DIGITALIZING THE OPERATIONS AND SHOWING THEIR WEEKLY REPORTS OR EVEN MONTHLY REPORTS AND GIVING THEIR REPORT CARD AND INSTANT PRICE FOR THE PERFORMANCE WHICH BOOSTS THEIR MORALE AND SIMALTANEOUSLY MAKING COMPANY ENHANCING ITS LEVEL.

A simple recognition matters a lot. If you are a manager or a department head, you should think as a parent, as your child do good, you support them and sometimes give them a reward. 

With respect, appreciation, training and compensation. moreover to listen to them and create healthy working environment, connect with them and ask about thier concenrs.

 

by providing them a channel to grow get more knowledge more experience, giving authority to take decision related to his/her field, make them work in a healthy environment and with respect.

You can motivate employee by having discussion with them once in a month to know about their progress, concerns and feedback. Also by having employee engagement activities we can involved them in activities to keep some time away from daily work 

Personally, it starts with making them comfortable with me, gaining their trust by serving them with all assistance required and once they rely on you that is the time we can actually work towards motivating them. '

If a third person who has no interaction with the people of the company gives them motivation tips then it would not affect them or create any impact let alone motivate them.

To motivate we need to understand first why a person feels demotivated, why does he lack confidence, what are his areas which make him insecure..

if it is lack of knowledge we need to guide them to work towards improving their knowledge either by studying or interacting with people of the same profession,

if the reason is sheer shy introvert nature then we need to show and explain them the pros of showing their work skills and acknowledging their efforts 

if the employee is demotivated because he feels insecure in his job due to office politics, management or any other issue then we need to encourage them to give their best and leave the rest to God. It works, becuase when they agree to give their best they atleast have the satisfaction that they gave their best and in their eyes they would be content.

 

Simple. Employees should be well compensated and respected

Motivation of an employee is one of the key factor to boost thier confidence and thier mood towards work. Motivate them by means of acknowledging thier good works and deeds.
