1- Refer back immediately to call center of your bank.

2- If it is misplaced, stolen or lost requested the bank call center people to immediately stop any activities for such card and reviewing with them the last transactions applied by such card, then upon you pay a visit to the bank's concerned branch asking them to issue a new card after fulfilling all banking procedures required.

3- In case the card is damaged, call the bank call center immediately, asking them to stop any activities for such card until you pay a visit to your bank\\s concerned branch in order to ask them to reissue another card and fulfilling all banking procedures required.
