I have replaced a blown out high voltage transistor but i am not getting 110v smps output. What might be the cause of these?

this maybe due to the following reasons:

1- the transistor you replace not the same number as the blown one

2- the SMPS still has other components with short or open circuit, please review the components with this transistor, maybe open resistor, or another small transistor is short circuit, etc
