Yes you should hire HR qualified people. As an owner you are best as an entrepreneur but HR needs special knowledge. Apart from leadership issues there are technical reasons which has to be kept in mind while recruiting HR person. An HR person should have following knowledge :

• Social - demographic

• Legal

• Negotiations techniques

• Intelligence report.

• Command over language.

• Great communication skills.

• Team player

As a company owner, I prefer to hire a HR leader who demonstrates technical competence, management and method skills as well as vision, motivation and creativity.

A leader who uses different skills, depending on the situation and needs of the company.
