For me, I saw lots of passionate young job seekers who want to work in a position higher than their qualifications.
They aim high, it’s a good thing but they should carve their skills and knowledge first.
Some on them don’t understand the job description and the work environment. They can’t handle work pressure, that’s why we can see on their CV that their work experiences are not long. They change from company to company and from job to another.
They dream to start their career from the top!
Enthusiasm. If they are not enthusiastic about my company I will not hire them. I need to be convinced they did their research and want to work for my team. Personally, I am more inclined to pick less experienced young professionals if they show spirit and enthusiasm for our company and vision.
