There are a lot resources on the internet today that can help you with this. My first bet would be http://www.youtube.com. A lot of resources and videos are uploaded everyday for new and existing users. You can get yourself up to date with the latest web technologies with them.

You can also try taking some refresher courses with http://www.alison.com to get yourself in-line with the latest in web technologies. Look under their IT course section for more information on this.

You can also try looking up http://www.w3schools.com for more information and knowledge concerning web technologies.

It definitely pays to know how to build web technologies from scratch so I would really advise that you take the time to master web technologies like HTML5, CSS3, BootStrap, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP & MySql to get started.
