teacher should facilitate. teacher should participate students in the class. in a normal chalk and board style teaching, the students participate little.they are mere listeners. many times teachers spend lot of time drawing difficult figures in the class. this takes bulk of the time. animations also are difficult . new methods and new techniques are needed
The different minds require different methods of teaching for them to understand the things. So Some students need animation or videos for understanding the topic, Some need the topic to be explained on the green board with chalk and duster, Some require changes in voice tone, and some need changes in the body language. So an innovative method should cover all of these for a better teaching-learning session with the active involvement of the students.
Innovative teaching techniques for me will always be described as the set of activities which totally engages students where they utilize their full potential. Teaching by innovation is termed as the style of teaching in which more focus is on mental and creative growth of student's brain.
