Yes, it does. A Customer Feedback system is an evaluation on the service provided by any organisation. An effective management considers the feedback seriously to find out the lacks in the service and can use it as a tool to know which sector/part of service provided is turning in to highest complaints.

Based on the feedback by Guest/Customer its easy to know where we need to focus on, which areas can be developed in terms of increasing the efficiency. This is why customer feedback system are largely used by many successful organisations. Its always important to see the service from Customer perspective to comprehend its quality and standard since at the end customer are the one who bring us the business.

ahmmm. for me? yes. customer compalints is a one of a kind of situations can develope ur customer service. first u will know your weakness about of your customer service strategy. after that you can change it and improve your self how to make a good converssation, and how to assist a customer. there is a words that i always remember in my self is " learn  by your mistakes". we are only a human being to make an mistakes and to be a perfect. sometimes we mistakes sometimes we can be a perfect. as a customer service personel we should know how to handle a customer complaints and we can make a right thing when we you will know your mistakes. msitake a=can change your self in the right way. in the future you will be a good customer service personel if we change ourselves. and we will develope and improve. but im not telling you to always make our self in trouble to make an mistakes to get an trouble and to realise your mistakes. lol. always remember customre always right. but? not all the time. think twice, and think before ypu talk. because less talk less mistake. thank you.

We are called to serve and provide quality service to our customers. It is best to get their concerns or opinions especially when it concerns our business and services. A customer complaints system would be better to use as feedback and monitoring tool to serve them better. How? We have the technology and different social media available to get all the queries and complaints from our customers. It is our duty and responsibility to use these tools as a medium of providing them better services by acknowledging and giving them feedback and solution. It will also serve as a data bank and future references for similar inquiries and incidents. Thus it might even help lower the cases of unfavorable and negative complaints. It is also essential to note that we need to provide prompt and accurate responses to attain favorable and positive results with our customers or clients.

customer complaint highlights a problem, whether that's a problem with your product, employees or internal processes, and by hearing these problems directly from your customers, you can investigate and improve to prevent further complaintsin the future

If your business is based on sales of a product or a service, before they even complain via your customer service department, the customer already regards the product or service in a negative way. Accordingly, after that, the company if the matter is not resolved in the way the customer's believes within their rights, some will use the option of social media as a tool to air their complaints, your company's reputation will be at stake. Of course, it won't make a difference if it is one disgruntled customer but if there are many you will have to view it in a different way entirely. If there are rules for the agent to follow to settle the dispute logically and within the company guidelines, agreement of sale and warranty etc., the agent only has to find out whether the complaint is valid or not. In this way the company can find out how they can improve on their service or what is not a favorite product to many customers or one customer.

Yes the customer complaints can be definetely be used as Customer Service. And also these customers can be converted as Promoters, if they are satisfied.

Of course by analyzing consumer complaints and behavior gains development to the customer service.
